How do I remove myself from TaxAct self employed?

In TaxAct® Online:

1. Click Tools on the right side of the screen to expand the category, then click Forms Assistant.
2. Expand the Federal view, then the Worksheets view.
3. Scroll down and select Form 1040 Miscellaneous Income – Miscellaneous Income.
4. Select the form and click Delete.
5. Click OK to confirm.

Why is TaxAct asking about stimulus?

Tax software companies, like TaxAct, are working to update their software so that the new unemployment exclusion is included. TaxAct will alert customers when their software has been updated on the stimulus center page.

Is there a way to stop the installation of TaxACT?

Security software can also prevent downloads and installation, or prevent the TaxAct program from working properly after installation. You may need to temporarily disable your security software during download and installation. You can also trying right-clicking on the installation file and on the context menu clicking “Run as administrator.”
